My earlier comment on Josh's blog is still highly relevant here: The chase is generally well-created in that it makes sense and is logical in it's editing plus there are a couple of nice shots that make it stand out as being interesting to watch, rather than just the same camera angles ever time. To improve: your initial few shots need much more pace adding to them; the shot walking towards school is very long and should be either cut right down or should have a different range of shots and angles added in to it (such as shots of feet as they walk, over the shoulder shots, maybe even the character walking toward the character and then over/under it) to make it more interesting to watch. Also, your genre isn't especially clear at the moment. You need to identify some key aspects of your chosen genre and include them as much as possible in your film opening to make it clear that you understand the genre. This can be easily achieved with editing and choice of music/sound effects.
To add: the music at the moment is fine, but is 'watermarked' with some kind of voice at the end that says it's a piece of demo music. You need to cut this part out or change the music entirely. You also need some form of basic ending to this as it just stops and needs more adding to it-has more been filmed?
Finally, you need to establish character, genre, plot, setting and mood/tone and at the moment, you're just showing an idea of plot and some setting, so much work is needed here.
